We're looking for a full-time Strategy Lead to join and helm one of our biggest accounts, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, to help power this relationship forward. These are the projects of a lifetime: dive deep into criminal justice reform, strategize the cultural narratives needed to reinvent our education system, and the list goes on... As a pioneering philanthropy with the ambition to change the world through the lenses of Science, Education and Justice and Opportunity, CZI is here to build a future for everyone, and our work plays a foundational role in that. You are someone who deeply enjoys strategy, who understands how to own and nurture client relationships, who has an entrepreneurial spirit, who can lead through quick pivots and changes, is comfortable inventing against a blank canvas and has an interest in bringing brand strategy to life through organizational change.

We are looking for candidates who have at least six to eight years of experience working as a strategist.

Outside of the skills outlined above, candidates should possess the following:
